Cut Size: 12ft x 14ft / Finish Size: 11ft 4in x 13ft 6in. Material: heavy duty polyethylene, 5 oz. (9-10mil thick), 1000 denier. Grommets and Edges: The tarp has a 14 x 14 weave count with reinforced rope edges and aluminum grommets placed every 18 inches. Multi-Purpose: It can be used for any purpose you want. Ideal uses are portable carport, boat shelter, storage shelter, party tent, etc. All our tarps feature a 30- day limited warranty and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship during this time frame.
